Springtime Means new seasonal food on the menu
Whatever you've been longing for over a long winter is back. Fresh Wild Garlic, Rhubarb, Lamb and Seafood, fragrant and spicy. We will have it on the menu, cooked to perfection with a creative backdrop.
We believe in sourcing our produce according to local availability and as such, every new season is something too long for. We will keep challenging and changing our menu on a weekly basis to reflect what's new and fresh from nature and to keep Fun in cooking. Pair the dishes with our locally grown wine to complete your food adventure.

Your local hideaway
The Bush is a small and cozy village Pub located in Shimpling, in-between Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury. The pub got a great selection of local ales, beers and wines, mainly from suppliers around East Anglia boosted with the best from further afield.
We also run ARK wines and Mount Farm Vineyards and as such, stock our whole range plus more.
We are serving a Bar/Deli menu with everything from peanuts and crisps to 20months Iberico Ham and Beluga Caviar as a nibble with your drink. Sundays is to chill, relax and have fun with family and friends. Fresh baked local bread and hearty food prepped and cooked over open fire from high quality local ingredients, board games, newspapers, tasty live music and other fun, cocktails and on. All to make for a perfect chilled out Sunday. Friday is for Fish n' Chips. All fish arrives straight from the boats in the morning, Homemade Tartare Sauce and Minted Mushy Peas. Wednesdays Dom makes Stonebaked sourdough Pizza while we play Pétanque in the Beer Garden. We support live music and have local and international artists on as much as we can.
